Hi,

We are facing an issue with Workflows.  We are facing below error message.

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.A2i_Data_12_WFLAUNCH' with unique index 'IDataWFDU12_WSID'

Not sure why Workflows tables went asyn and why same sequence number is repeating.

Hi Raj,

You can check which sequence number is getting repeated by looking at the contents of the Workflow table. You can check the Table ID from A2i_CM_TABLES for workflow table. And then using A2i_X_TEXT you can see the contents of the table, where X = Table ID.
