Hi Experts,

Can anybody tell me how can we get the credit of 50% hold account uploaded during cut over through FI JV last year.

Hi Umesh,

You have to avail this 50% on hold credit by FI JV itself in the next financial year.

The accounting entry will be, RG23C Part 2 CENVAT A/C.........Debit

                                                                CENVAT on hold A/C......Credit

Hi Umesh,

Post the JV through J1IH and then you will get the 'Part 2' serial number.

Go through the SAP standard practice document 'J33_BPP_32_CHEM_EN_IN', in which, the RG23C Part 2 'On Hold' process is explained in detail with an example,
