Venu,

Why are you raising a CP (consignment pickup)?

When customer does not use stock (not damaged or below quality goods), that is returned to the company with sales order type CP.

The damaged stock is not same as consignment stock. Thus for damaged goods creating CP process would not be correct.

but during the peried  of travelling goods accident happend so stock came back to factory .

You could suggest the business as follows:

1. Reverse the PGI

2. Delete the Consignment Fill Up delivery

3. In consignment fill up order give reason for rejection.

4. Move stock from unrestricted to blocked

Venu,

In regular sales process (e.g. sales document type OR), when goods are damaged in-transit (during transportation), how is that dealt with by your client?

The way your client is handling the above could guide you with regards to this issue.

This link might give you some ideas

Exactly how many Units were damaged in transit?

E.g.

Case1:

CF made for 10EA

out of which 4EA were damaged in-transit

Case2:

CF made for 10EA

out of which ALL 10EA were damaged in-transit

The process of handling both would be different.
