f4 help issue in SE19

I am working on SAP ECC 6.0 and we are working with EHP6 which has been recently launched.My problem is that when I go to se19 and select the New BADI and put Z* and press F4,no entries are returned but when I put the name of a Enhancement Implementation for example ZPS_MAIL which I have already created I can view it.Basically F4 Help is not working properly.I have debugged the program and found that a function module 'REPOSITORY_INFO_SYSTEM_F4' is called which returns the results.So I goto SE37 and manually run the function module with Z* as input and surprisingly it shows all the Implementations starting with Z.

Is it a GUI problem?

I am working with SAP GUI 720

File Version 7200.3.11.1074.

You can check whether the issue is GUI or not by performing the following:

- Open a session  ->

From the blue menu at the top choose -> Help -> Settings -> F4 help tab.

In the 'Display' subsection, change the setting from Control
(amodal) to Dialog (modal),or vice versa and check if there is any difference.

If there is no difference in behavour, the issue belongs to BC-DWB-DIC-F4

If the F4 Help works in Modal, then the issue belongs to BC-FES-CTL and a messasge

should be raised.

We will require both F4 and Gridview traces from the GUI.
This can be captured from ALT+F12 => Options => Traces =>Session Traces

I tried both the options but there is no change in the behaviour.

Seems it is not a GUI issue.I am raising the message.
