IDOC - IDOC messages archiving in Production system

Hi ,

We are doing IDOC - IDOC interfaces, in Production PI Monitoring it is showing only 2 days messages, it is not showing older messages in monitoring.

I tried to find in RWB - > Message Monitoring - > from Archive also, but i didn't find any archived messages also.

I checked in IDX5 , it is showing some old dated IDOC's , but it is not showing particular My IDOC's there.

I think these messages are directly deleting from the Archive folder, how can i rectify this problem, Please let me know this is bit urgent issue, some data is mis matching i want to see the data in PI monitoring.

If this issue happening for only IDoc to IDoc scenario then i dont think a  problem with archiving mechanism, make sure that your scenario maintained in archived Interfaces list.

it's either there of the message did not reach PI - I'd say
