Quality lot for internla caliberation

Dear All,

I want to imlement test equipment management,for this i am not able to generate quality lot via IP30 but able to generate it via IW31.system gives message that maintainace plan scheduled but dont give any quality lot.

I am not getting additional messages like-

Sample size was calucated

Routing was assigned''

costs were determined

I have done foloowing process

Made wok centre via IR01

Created eqipment via IE01

created task list used IA01

created maintainace plan with time interval of 1 day.

Pl help.

Hello Vikas,

As a standard process, an inspection lot will be generated after PM Order Release (IW32).

Through IP30, system will generate a order with required master data.. and once released it will generate an inspection lot.

hai anup,,

        i have one issue in internal calibration.

        after completing UD, in the follow up action QM_PM,

       first two actions were completed but third action " equipment status change". status of equipment is not changed automatically.

        i think manually also its not possible to change equipment status. pls guide me...

Hello Meena,

While saving RR, have you selected the inspection point valuation??

After UD, system will change equipment status based on your selection. If UD is Rejected, system will change status from Available to Not ready for use/input whereas if it's Accepted, system will keep status as it's Available.

I hope you've below 3 FMs assigned in Followup action in SPRO:

QFOA_QM_CHAR_TO_PM_E_POINTS

QFOA_OBJECT_STATUS_SET

QFOA_ORDER_TECHNICAL_COMPLETE

Check & Revert.

  Thanks for Ur valuable reply..while result recording, i assigned inspection point & order was technically completed but the equipment status only not changed.also in spro --- define follow up fn ;

all the three Fm's assigned and the 2 indicators were checked. Is there any other pblm??

Hi Meena,

I don't see any other reason that why equipment status is not changing in your case...  😞

In Follow-up action, you said 2 indicators are checked... is it for all three FMs?? Again not sure if there's any link of this to issue but in my system, these 2 indicators are selected only for FM-QFOA_ORDER_TECHNICAL_COMPLETE (not for other two) and it's working fine...

Hello experts,

As such now i am able to Create automatic order and inspection lot  through IW30,for which i have maintained settlemet rule in Maintainace plan.Here i am stuck at one place .While selecting maintainance plan category in IP41,i am taking it as Plant Maintainace now problem is that it not creates notification  and if i take plan category NO then in maintaiinance plan no filed for order type and cost settlemet is there.So can you please help me regarding confiugration in APO where i can confiugre Maintainance plan category which creates notification field  in Maintainance plan in addition to cost settlement rule in plan.I hope matter is clear to you.

please read as confiugration in ECC rather than ApO.sorry for mistake
