Generate a list with all the users for ZZZZ-Purchasing Org.and their default cost center
Limitation:
No access to SE37 for checking FM: "BBP_OM_STRUC_GET_USER_FROM_ORG".
Solution:
Go to transaction
PPOSA_BBP >> Select Organisation Unit >> ZZZZ-Purchasing Organisation >> On the right pane click on ZZZZ-Purchasing Organisation and then in top part click on "Expand Node" icon >> then click on the "Print" icon.
you are directed on the next screen
Click on System >> List >> Save >> Local File >> Choose "Spread Sheet" or the format you are convenient with.
After getting this file you can select the "S" Position ID's and copy
you can now go to
Table HRV1222A using transaction SE16
In this enter the following and proceed:
Object Type: S
Object ID: Click on Multiple selection icon and paste the Object ID's in "Select Single Values" Tab.
Attribute: CNT
and execute it.
You can get the associated "Cost centers"
You can now copy the users and their default cost centers to an excell sheet and you are ready with the list.
