User area too small

Hi Folks,

I am getting the following error when I try to reach the transaction DB02:

IFI RC =    1- . Reason: 20120727 131624  User area (1048566 bytes) too small 245120727131624  Allocation of 4390289 bytes failed.

Do you know what is the parameter related to that error?

thanks you so much,

Hi Marilla,

Is your database DB2 on z/os ?

If so, there is a known issue with SAPCL failing with the user area too small, on db2 which is described in SAP note 913109

regards,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Yes, my system is DB2 z/os but SAP vesrsion is 620. So, we don't use SAPCL but RFCOSCOL patch

Hi Marilia,

can you check the disk space. I think the disk is nearing the space.

Hi Silambharasan,

I checked and the issue is not related to disk space

Any clue?
