Approved Service Shopping Cart Status Changes from Follow-on Document Created to In Purchaser's Worklist

Hello,

In SRM 7.0, I notice that with an approved shopping cart containing a service item, the status of the service item in the shopping cart goes to "In Purchaser's Worklist"  after the status of "Follow-on Document Created." This change does not happen immediately but after some time. Has anyone faced this issue please? I would appreciate any suggestions that you may have.

Hi,

This is normal scenario only, when the SC is approved the system sets the status as Approved. After a certain time (mostly minutes) changes the status again as Follow on Document Created. Then in the event if sourcing related details are missing in the SC, the system will assign the SC to the Purchaser's Worklist so that a source of supply can be identified through sourcing and corrected. Once everything is sorted out and PO is created without issues, then the PO will be created with status Ordered (after workflow approvals).
