SSL configuration in PI 7.1

Hi,

We have activated SSL in our PI 7.1 server to connect to a third-party application on HTTPs.

In the ICM_SSL_InstanceId view, I have created server certificate entry, generated the CSR request (.pem), got the CSR signed from SAP service.sap.com/tcs.

As soon as I import the CSR response, the certificate entry in the view and the view goes into error (Status: Red).

There are no logs in Default trace.

I have also added the SAP Root certificates in the view, exported the view to PSE and restarted the ICM and SSL Provider service in NWA.

Please help.

Increase the trace level to analyze the problem. Find the notes, below;
