PRMM:Organizational assignmnet _positions is inactive

Hi all,

I am facing one issue Please suggest and guide me and provide your valuble inputs.

In PRMM t code Selecting option HIring(T&E mini master) after executing  under Organizational assignment oprion ----> position F4 --here some created positions are showing inactive (unable to select) positions .Only 10 or 15 positions are showing inactive(unbale to select) .Other posoitons we are able to select .

Kindly suggest and guide me how to resolve this issue.
