Translation for ABAP text elements missing after system copy

Hi Experts,

We did system copy from PRD to DEV system months ago.

Now we found that if we execute Z* program, the translation were not displayed in the selection screen, for example, the selection option name should be "物料号" in chinese (logged on as ZH), but currently, it displayed as SO_MAT...

If I logon as EN and check the translation of text elements in SE38, english language is displayed well,

if I logon as ZH and check the translation of text elements in SE38, chinese language is also there,

but why the chinese translation can not be displayed correctly in the selection screen even if I logon as ZH?

I'm wondering whether there are some post steps I missed after system copy, but I can not find any in the system copy guide...

I suggest you , check the following SAP notes

Note 1307719 - How to analyze missing translations / missing texts

Note 110910 - Deleting the language load

Execute the report RSLANG20 following the steps defined in the above note.
