enqueue server not starting in ABAP+JAVA (solution manager 7.1)

HI Gurus,

we have installed Solution manager 7.1 abap+ java on windows 2003 server . we are not using any HA / replication functions.After upgrade of kernel , Enqueue server is in stopped status and message server started . able to logon to java and abap but enqueue server remains in stopped status.

please advice workaround...

Please restart the ASCS instance.

Then check if the enqueue process is up.

Then check from the OS level  by running the command

ensmon pf=<instance_profile_ASCS>

Then send a dummy request entering the first option "1"

Check if it is sucessful.

Else I suggest you cleanup the shared memory . In windows , you better reboot.

try to install the old kernel then check if the system up

Thanks to all , issue is resolved after rebooting the server. If any error like "lock table already exits" after kernel upgrade , restart the server will resolve the issue (in windows platform).
