Transport to other client with extended transport control

Is it possible to define a transport route in Q-System from one client to another if the extended transport control is active?

You create a transport target group and assign the target system as the QAS system with the target client . You can add multiple targets to the transport target group. Then create the delivery route from the QAS system to the transport target group you created , then assign the source client of the QAS system from which you want the transport to be moved from. So once a transport in source client in QAS imported , it will be ready for import into subsequent targets of the transport target group which is  the target client in QAS.

Is it possible to change the destination without change the owner of a transport?

Because when the destination will be changed in transport organizer the owner must be changed to the person who changes the target.

For any transport request or task , the owner is the only user who can edit its properties. So if you want to change a request/task attribute such as the transport taget system, you will have to change the owner to your ID and then make changes .
