Budget Exceeded Error while creating the Production order for the Project

Hi,

I have created the project with WBS, Activities and material component attached to the activity. I have done Budgeting in CJ30. When I try to create the production order and after assiging the corresponding WBS element in the Production order, I am getting the error as "Payment budget for WBS element **** on Order **** been exceeded by **** Currency.

What could be the reason. How to fix this issue.

i think tolerance limits was active for the budget profile. In spro-PS-budget-define tolerance limits, exclude 02-orders for project from Tr.Grp against the budget profile. then system won't do budget availability check on the orders assigned to projects.

I can't remove/change the config setting for the prodn order availability check. There is no problem so far. Also i need to check the availability check for the Production order.

FYI. This will not solve my problem.
