Content of message deleted to save memory by Cluster Node

Hi everybody!

I have this issue in PI 7.1 EHP 1.

We cannot see the message content or Payload when a message is processed by specific Cluster Node.

We have 3 nodes, if the message is processed by node 1, the Payload is stored y displayed but if the message is precessed by node 2 or 3 the Payload is not displayed and shows "Content of message deleted to save memory"

I already set the parameter explained in this guide:

But the issue persist..

Any idea?

Hello,

Check that you have the fixes recommended in the notes below:

1) 1507698 Content of Best Effort messages not displayed

2) 1696593 Cannot view content of a message for sync response message

Did you check if the parameter is set to false in server nodes 2 and 3? I think configuration in each node may be different.

Where can I do this configuration? I was looking for in NWA and configtool and nothing found about discriminate by cluster nodes.

Can you check with your basis to get the server node host names and then use the regular url to login to nwa. I think the url's should look like http:<server node 1>:<port>/nwa, http:<server node 1>:<port>/nwa and etc... I do not have access to a distributed install at this time to check out....
