Cancelled time from CAT is deleted from CATSPS table

Hi All,

We are getting inconsistencies for  Cancelled time & booked  time.

Some times When someone Books time or Cancelled time (CAT2-ESS)  against Network/Activity and approved (CAT4) it then it should be saved in Table CATSDB and its interface table CATSPS.

But for some Network/Activity it is saved in CATSDB only, it is not saved in CATSPS table. so that these time cannot be sent to PS by using CAT5. Maximum time  its happening for cancelled time entry.

Hi,

Please read the functionality of table "CATSDB"

The database table for the Time Sheet (CATSDB) contains all the data that has
been recorded using the Time Sheet.


As soon as a user has entered and saved data in the time sheet, the system
writes the record to table CATSDB. When the records have the processing status
30 (Approved) or 60 (Canceled), the system writes them to the
relevant interface tables in Human Resources, Controlling, Plant Maintenance/Customer Service,
Project System, and Materials Management, based on the
working time attributes that have been entered. "

I have tested and noted that, you would see the status against cancelled time in CATSDB as 60 and in Table CATSPS, you will "X" mark in column 'Transferred" if transferred otherwise blank field.
