How to close Sales Order

Hi Friends,

I have a Sales Order created in 2008, its still in Open status, I am not able to close it. Please suggest me how to close it.

More information about the Issue :

Its a Third party Sales Order and  Item Cat TAS, PR generated, and PO created, But the the items in the PO deleted and presently the PO archived.

If I want to see the PO it is saying PO does not exist.

need your valuable inputs How to pull the Archived PO and delete it, How to delete the PR, I have deleted the line items from PR through ME52N.

trying to put reason for rejection for the line items but its not allowing. Please suggest me how to close this order.
