Error while executing Query on Virtual Provider based on HANA Model

Hi,

We have BW on HANA system, patch level SAPKW73103.

We have created Virtual provider based on HANA Model (Analytical View).

On this Virtual Provider we have created BeX Query.

We we are executing this query, its giving following error message.

View or procedure invalidated; table or view name = <Name of HANA Model>

Error 2.949 occured in the BWA server

Error reading the data of infoprovider <Virtual Provider Name>

Errro while reading data; navigation is possible

I>> Row:59 Inc: MAP_TREX_EXCEPTION Prog: CL_RSDRH_TREX_STORAGE

Any idea how to fix this issue?

Hi Sagar,

we faced a similiar issue. You need to execute report RSDDB_LOGINDEX_CREATE with Infoobject specified in the error mesage. Though you run a query on Virtual provider it may be a masterdata view.

Hi Sagar,

I'd recommend you to open OSS note for the same. We faced a similar issue with composite providers using Standalone HANA model. But that was on the earlier version of HANA.

You mentioned the BW patch level, can you also check the HANA revision no. Please ensure that you have latest revision applied for HANA DB. The current revision available is 35.
