Dear SRM Specialists,
we have SAP's new tool Supplier Lifecycle Management deployed on our SRM 7.01 Server.
We wanted to clean the test-system prior to make it available to our internal customers.
Hence, we wanted to delete all assigned Business Partners. Therefore we used the transaction SE38 and executed the programm
"/SRMSMC/DELETE_SUPPLIERS". The deletion worked well for all suppliers barring two.
For these two we obtained a notification, that the "deletion is not possible" because "contracts/conditions exist" for the linked contact persons (Screenshot 1).
However, we are not aware of any contracts or conditions related to these two contact persons. The contact-persons-users were deleted manually with t-code SU01 but the contact persons still remain visible in the system if we check the transaction PPOMV_BBP (Screenshot 2).
Do you have any idea how we can find out what these contracts/conditions are and how we can get rid of them, so we can delete the two remaining suppliers?

Please try to delete the assignment of contract person business partner through the transaction BP ("Relationship" button) and then try.

Hi Malay,
hi Vinay
I have deleted BP sucessfully before, but now I seem to have inconsistencies. Both solutions unfortunaltey did not help.
As soon as I klick the Relationship-button in BP I receive a short dump. I guess that in some table there are still some entries that refer to the contact persons despite them being deleted. The table BUTT00 is empty though.
If I run BUPA_TEST_DELETE I receive the following:
Any further ideas?
Best regards,
Oliver

Hi,
You should use report BUPA_TEST_DELETE to delete BP from Org Structure.
