Message Interface not found during Receiver determination

Hi Folks,

While doing Receiver determination i found this error

“Problem Loading Schema Description: Message interface does not exist in any software components installed on this business system”

i checked it in SLD also for Product assigned to Particular Business System. Even i tried with creating a new one and assigning the product and software component to it.

When i imported the Business system from SLD, i m not able to see any inbound and outbound interface for particular business system.

But it is working for another scenario where inbound interfaces are used.

plz help me out

Hi,

This is not with SLD problem...

It is the problem with the Interface mapping .. please check the message mapping which SWCV,namespaces you were used in source and target side and occurr .. The same should configure in the IM.

Hi all,

Thanx a lot for prompt replies.

i had done the scenario using wizard. the problem is that when i try to put the condition for receiver determination. it gives the above warning.

but i m not able to put the condition as no structure is shown for Xpath.

However same thing is working in DEV.

DEV and QA is having diff. SLD so i created the SWC and products in SLD again.

Do i need to import the SWCV in IR from SLD before importing it from .tpz file exported from DEV.

Tell me if some more input is required.

Sachin,

Go to SLD and attach the Product and SWCV to the Business system of your

scenario.

This will solve the issue.

Hi Sachin in condtion editor if you not able to see your input then please your business system. whthere particualr products and SWCV are assoicated for that.and see whther your business system has input as in its interface.

You should export the SWCV from your Old SLD and import in into your new SLD.

and then import the same in Integration Respository.

When you try to export SWCV from SLD, you will get a .CIM file which you need to save in your local desktop and then import this in the new environment.

Hi Bhavesh,

is it the case. when we export our IR to customer. They do need to create SLD manually or we export the SWCV also.

Thanx to all...issue is solved by exporting the SWCV.

Export it from your SLD and import it in the new SLD. That is the correct way to do it.

Can you let us know what solved the issue? Was it the SLD level export?

also in ID, check for a SLD cache

In the menu bar select Environment

This is just a warning. You can ignore the same,

Make the search criteria as ALL and select the message interface.

Hi,

By selecting the IM with search ALL is not the proper way, whenever you are trying to select Im , it should populate automatically.

if not , we have to check why it is not coming.....

ensure that u have created the interface for the imported SCV from sld. And also TS and BS exists for the imported SCV. In ID you may check if the correct interface is slected for having the mapping listed.
