How to remove the ISBD status on WBSE

The status REL  BUDG ISBD AVAC is active on the WBS element. There is enough budget available but still while creating PO system throws budget exceeded error. I have tried to reconstruct the availability control but the ISBD status still appears. In tolerance limit the usage is set to 100.

What may be causing this problem and how can this be resolved?

Hi Prashanti,

First please check if the note is applied in your affected system:

1512987 ISBD Status was incorrectly set to active or inactive

After that please execute CJEN and CJBN.

Hi Prashanti,

Please check your warning message criteria in config. You are crossing warning message limit.

If you change this then ISBD will be removed.

For Budget exceed error please check for Release amount & Delivery date .

If you are sure there is enough Budget available, try to deactivate availability control and then reactivate it again.

Else you can analyse further and check where the budget is getting consumed.
