Hi Friends,

i am run on my system solman_workcenter

Scrren will comes

i enter all the details of user sid pwd...

By click on Logon button it canot come any screen aganin asking login username...

please help me....

    I am already assign all the roles to user (Dialog) and roles...

SAP Support have advised me to check if I have configured the use of HTTPS in transaction SMICM:

menu Goto > Parameters > display

you will see something like

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=8070

icm/server_port_1 = PROT=HTTPS, PORT=44370, PROCTIMEOUT=300,

TIMEOUT=300

icm/server_port_2 = PROT=SMTP, PORT=25070, PROCTIMEOUT=300,

TIMEOUT=300

icm/server_port_3 = PROT=TELNET,PORT=57008,HOST=localhost

icm/server_port_4 = PROT=SMTP,PORT=0,TIMEOUT=120,PROCTIMEOUT=120

Do you see HTTPS port configured? Usually this is caused by missing

HTTPS so you have to keep login since browser have no secure way to

communicated with the server.

Try that maybe...

        I am checking all the profiles and roles and authorizations also,....but problem will not solve pls send me the solution...

Hi,

All users must have the role SAP_SMWORK_BASIC in addition to the specific workcenter's role (i.e. SAP_SMWORK_CHANGE_MAN)

Do they have it?

Hi Somesh,

Please check if your username user type is "Dialog". If not - this might be the problem.

You mainain it in SU01 -> Logon data tab -> User Type.
