Excise Tab in MIGO_GI

Dear Gurus,

I am not getting excise tab when I am Trying to issue Material using movement type 201 & 551 in Migo Screen. I have maintained Details in J1ID.

Please Help Urgently.

Hi,

Why  you want excise TAB t.code: MIRO_GI ?

If you scrap material in 551 movement type and go for  J1IH.

NOTE:

Excise TAB and excise to be capture in t.code: MIGO directly and you need to do following settings: 

Select boxes of "EI capture" & "Post EI in MIGO" in MIGO Settings segment in Maintaining Excise Group setting in following path:

SPRO -- >Logistics general -- > tax on Goods Movements-- >India -- >Basic setting -- >Maintain Excise Groups

Also entry of Movement Types done for capturing Excise in following path( you add your excise movement types involved such as 551):

SPRO -- >Logistics general -- > tax on Goods Movements-- > India -- >Business Transactions-- >Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices

Dear Bijay Sir,

Thanks I did what you advised, it works for 551 Movement Type. But it is not working for Mvt Type 201 with Same set of Settings. Actually my company is producing Excisable Product which it wants to use for Own Use, so that is why we are using Mvt type 201.

The Requirement is not to route this through SD to avoid Customer(Self) Outstanding and also that the excise should be captured during MIGO_GI.

Please advise or suggest some other mvt type if required.

Hi Anil,

For this material stock, whether excise entries are there in the excise registers ?

How you have updated the stock for this material, by 561 or with a purchase order and GR.

Hi Anil,

Movement types are need to be activated for the respective excise register type then system come to know that, excise entry are to be posted for this movement type.

Go to, SPRO - Logistics General - Tax on Goods Movements - India - Business Transactions - Incoming Excise Invoices - Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices

Here, maintain the 201 & 551 mvt type with applicable excise register then check again.
