Lotus Notes and SAP BW integration

Hi,

One of our new requirement is to integrate Lotus Notes and SAP BW using SAP PI as a middleware.

I would like to know the possible adapters that can be used to achieve this integration?

Also, please provide the steps to be followed to achieve this integration.

Another feasible approach is using file adapter to poll files on the sender Lotus Notes side. so file to proxy scenario would do integrate lotus notes to BW.

Could you please throw some more light on why XI adapter (proxy) can be used at receiver (BW) side?

Also, any other possible sender adapter that can be used to fit the requirement other than XInotes and File adapter?

Hi,

lotus notes - XInotes adapter (3rd party) or build your own adapter for lotus notes (might be easier/less expensive)

BW - XI adapter (proxy)
