Is it possible to change the vendor of a PO awaiting approval/ordered?

Yes you can. But the change information will not be updated in PO until the PO is changed.

Thanks for your reply. The vendor field in PO header is dimmed, I can not change it.

Sorry, my understanding was changing the vendor master.

Changing the vendor in the PO header is not possible.

Once PO created it is not possible to change the vendor, the PO has to be deleted and new one needs to be created.
