Hi,
Am currently implementing contract management SRM 5.0, ECC6. I've distributed GOA succcessfuly but the problem is i can't see information for other plants. Only information for the first plant in plant in distribution tabs appears. I've distributed to 5 plants.
Regards,
Maggie
Hi,
It is even worse now my GOA distribution does go to R/3 altogether, it is staying in status "Distribution Incorrect". I will log an oss message and advice with the outcome.

Gigi

Hi ED,
To solve this issue i had to implement note 646903 meaning that i did activate the mentioned BADI both in R/3 and SRM by using the code attached in the note.
But at the moment i can only distribute at Item (Logic for grouping backend contracts) and header level is giving me an error even though it was working perfectly after activating the BADIs. Am still communicating with SAP to solve this then i will feedback.
Which SRM version are using?
Regards,
Maggie
Hi Maggie,
I am using SRM5.0. Support pack SAPKIBKT06.
We activated the grouping as well and we manage now to create a contract in R/3 with multiple lines. However, we now run into the problem on the R/3 side that we can not combine plants belonging to different companies on a contract. In SRM it is allowed. Do you have this issue as well?
Regards,
Ed

Hi Maggie,
do the plants belong to the same or different company code?
Also your set up of the Purchasing Organisation (per or accross company code)
influences the posting of a contract. The system finds one suitable combination
and successfully posts the contract, other plants are ignored, why you do not
see the other plants.
Thanks,
Claudia
Hi Goithoma,
Please check resposibility of Purchasing group in Organization structure(PPOMA_BBP).Check for locations in extended attributes of Org Plan.

Hi Goithoma,
I donot have any idea about your system and patch level.
There are good numbers of issues in Contract management and even we are struggling in contract distribution of service.
Look for SAP Notes and there is a note which seem valid for your case.
Note 796541 - Plant-specific conditions not distributed correctly
