VL10B create delivery from STO

Have stock 10qty in plant 1000 sloc 0002, but STO supply plant 1000. When create delivery via VL10B, there is error msg " Only 0 EA of material xxxxx available, An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.".

But if I move the stock from sloc 0002 to 0001, delivery can be created successfully.

Could you let me know what configuration need check. I already check OVL2, OVL3 but can't work.

Hi,

Plant 1000, Storage location 0002 stock 10 quantities might have some previous Open STO or Delivery transaction, because of which, stock is auto reserved for those previous transactions. These might also be the reason.

Go to MD04 and find out the stock requirements for the Plant 1000.

Hi,

Hope you have verified entries in OVL3. still check once again,

Shipping Point + Delivering Plant + Storage conditions = Storage location

(Ship.cond's+Del.Plant+Loading Group)

Ship.cond's -Sold to(Plant as customer)

Del.Plant = Supplying plant

Loading Group = Material master-sales general plant view(here plant means- delivering Plant)

(Note:Normally we prefer to find the loading group from STO by double clicking line item, which shows loading group in receiving plant, not from the supplying plant)

Storage cond's = MMR-Plant data1 (delivering plant+sloc)

match the content, hope you will get the reason.

I can create DN now for one parts, but I found I can't create for another PN, I compared two parts, they are same in material master data.

If possible you can provide screenshots of the configuration u have made for Shipping point & storage location determination.

Is there any development done or using only std features?

stock check from MMBE report wont give exact ATP stock hence check in MD04/Co09
