With the expected change of regulatory substance lists (I would call them dated releases) provided by PSN is it planned to indicate the compliance status of existing declarations, means are they up to date with the actual latest list release. If not, an update needs to be requested from the supplier.
The PSN content update is based on relased Echa lists. After regulatory content import the compliance status of declarations changing to "Review Needed".
Then the business partners are requested to check their given declarations. When new SVHC e.g. are not relevant for thier business it is possible to update the declaration with one click (Enterprise Edition needed).
