Budgetting - Setting Default View

Hi All,

I was wondering if there was anyone who might know how to set the deafult view to object currency in IM30/IM52/CJ30 etc.

Currently it select Controlling area currency as default view.

Hi Werner,

You can do this by choosing Object currency as Budgeting currency in OPS9. You can also make it default currency there.

Unfortunately I have already done this as well as tick the checkbox for "Default Object Currency".  Any other ideas maybe?

Hi Werner,

If you made the config changes after creating your project, please execute CJBN for your project to apply new budget profile settings.

If CJBN doesnt work - its mainly for availability control - create new project with changed profile and check.

Hi Werner,

Reconstructing availability control (CJBN) should work as you are changing budget profile and it was assigned to project during initial stage. Try this.

Hi Shrikant,

Config was in place before project was created.  I nevertheless executed CJBN but for some reason Controlling Area Currency keeps defaulting in the "View in" section.

All budget profiles for IM and PS changed to Object currency.  Issue resolved

Hi Sanjeev,

You have to select object currency in the IM and PS budgeting profiles.  Should be resolved then.
