Capturing Internal Work Hours

Hi all,

I want use KB21NP for capturing internal hours against relevant WBS element.Can anybody tell me the step by step procudure for using this t-code and the relevant configuration settings for it.

Hello Santosh ,

The KB21NP should be easy to use. After call the transaction, you may be need to change the Screen Variante to 'WBS eelement/network' or others with WBS element. Then you should see, there is a input field 'WBS' as Receiver.

Input the Quanity, Cost center and activity type and WBS.

For example allocate 10 hours using activity type 1421 from coster center 1000 to WBS XXX.

click confirm, save.
