Not able to see Quality certficate in QC20

Dear All,

I have a problem i am able to see quality certficcate in qc02 by giving delivery number,Certificate Profile and certificate type but if i give same delivery number in QC20 then i get message that no message exist for initial processing,pl help and tell what can be issue.

Really n one can give you precise answer unless they know what exactly process you have followed.

There can be many reasons for the same.

1.Either UD of the inspection lot is not taken.

2.Certificate profile assignment isn incorrect.

3.problem with MIC's & respective origin in QC01.

etc etc

Best way is serach on SDN you will get lot of threads on certificate.follow them to get exact result.

Hi Vikas,

In Tx QC20 set 'Processing mode' field to 2 for repeat processing. since you have already generated a certificate for the delivery item you need to do it in 'Repeat mode' not initial.
