How to map promotional sales return with free goods quantity?

Dear SAP Guru's

Client requirement is: when ever the promotional sales returns take place delivery should contain actual material + free quantity.

please help me to solve this requiremnet.

Hi

Create new SO type for Return sales in VOV8 standard is RE, also maintain relevant item categories REN and RENN in VOV7, maintain copy control settings for Creating RE with reference to OR/F2 in VTAA, maintain copy control for RE to LR return delivery type in VTLA. maintain copy control for RE to RE (SO to Billing) in VTFA

Apply free goods determination t.code VBN1,also check in free of charge delivery & free of charge subsequent delivery.hope your problem will solve..
