Confirming the declaration

If I confirm that the declaration is correct to the best of my knowledge, am I or is my company liable for damages that my customer has for compliance reasons? In what way? Is there an audit trail for the confirmations, are they logged somewhere? Can the customer see who confirmed?

The PSN is the infrastructure offering from SAP to exchange product compliance information.

The legal basis can be covered through contracts between business partners and the business partners can promote the PSN as platform of choice to exchange information. The agreements are necessary to document and signing on individual basis with each business partners e.g. within company profile attachment.

In addition to this PSN has a change log view to review history of changes.

The (named) user who creates data is the "visible" PSN user.
