Maintain Average Availability within KPI of SLR

Hello!

We had last week a server downtime due to hardware issue (let's say 8 hours over the night).

The appropriate EWA alert shows the downtime in this week.

Because we are using monthly SLR (with Average Availability within KPI section of SLR) we would like to maintain this downtime.

How can we maintain this downtime from last week in the SLR of this month within KPI section of SLR?

Hi Alex,

Please note you would need the complete month to get correct results in the monthly SLR.

It the cycle of the month is not complete then you won't get the results. Maybe you could set up a  new weekly variant for the SLR and then it would be reported on every week.

I do not have any problems to complete this month.

I just want to hide the planned downtime of the previous week for the SLR of this month.
