condition type deletion in order post invoice

Hi

Can we delete the condition type for pricing after the invoice document is created and acoounting document is cleared

pls advice me as asap

Though you can delete any condition type at any point of time, as per best practice, it is not recommended to do so.  What you can do is you foreclose the validity period in condition record.

Imagine what will happen, if you delete this condition type and at a later date, if any returns comes, how a return order would be created ??  Needless to mention, you have to move the request related to this deletion till production client and you would be having open sale orders with this pricing procedure which should also be closed.

Dear Saurab,

We Can not do any changes after posting the  Accounting, if you want to change the price cancel the invoice and create invoice with same reference doc(So or delivery) You can change the price before saving the invoice.
