Update infor structure for already completed transactions

Dear Experts,

Assignment of Update Group at Item Level
was not done and due to that MCTC and MCTA reports are not giving outputs. I have noticed thats0001 table has not been update. But now we have done that assignment.Is there any way to get that previously created in MCTA and MCTC reports.

First I would like to thank you and all who has reply to me. Do
I have to use OLIX afterOLI7, OLI8 and OLI9. I have tried this but MCTC is not
getting updated. Can you please give further clarification.

You need to check the checkbox 'Redetermine update group' and 'Update documents' in the OLIX... transactions. By default they are not checked. This is always needed when you make a change in the LIS update configuration.

Hi,

You need to run the SIS update report in following sequence:

t.code OLI7 - for particular order numbers

t.code OLI8 - for particular delivery numbers

t.code OLI9 - for particular billing doc numbers

t.code OLIX - to copy the generated version of data to the active version of data.

The OLI7-9 transaction have to be run for all documents in particular document flow, so if you have already a billing document, you always need to run the OLI7-9 transaction for all documents preceeding in the flow.
