Unable to find the Inspection Tasklist group / counters

HI All,

Transaction QP01 -> Group number -> New Counter-> Entered the respective MIC's, WC and other information (material assigned)
Inspection plan created with new counter.

Task list group / counter not  available tables MAPL, But its appearing in PLKO for the  particular group / counter
entries.

The problem is  while creation of inspection lot (QA01) - > Task list unable to find the Task Group / Group Counter automatically.

(My assumption is system able to find the group / counter form MAPL table)  this may be table inconsistency ??

Any help appreciated

Hello Rambabu,

MAPL is the table for material assignment to task list, while PLKO reflects header level data of task list.

Since for the group you created, if you are able to view the record in PLKO but not in MAPL, certainly material assignment was not done properly. Can you please ensure again whether you have assigned material code in task list or not? Whether the task list or material code is marked for deletion?

Also check whether you have applied any filter for the output of MAPL table in SE16. This may hide the information available.
