Error in ESS-NWBC while accessing personal profile service.

HI Experts,

We want to access our servers through NWBC. All setting and configuration related is done also services in SICF are activated.But when we are in to NWBC it shows following error. Kindly help to resolve this

In ESS EHP5 when we click on personal profile service it is showing below error.

Please help us resolving this issue.

What can I do? If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination in system xxx in transaction ST22. If the termination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination on the application server HYDxxx_xxx_00 in transaction SM21. If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information in the trace file for the work process 5 in transaction ST11 on the application server. HYDxxx_xxx_00 . You may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes. If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system adminmistrator. in SMICM which your http service is configured.

can you copy both the link.

1. when u test the service in sicf in new browser what is the URL.

2. when u run it throught T code.

check.

Http is configured is correct?

how its calling service... with hostname or FQDN?

parameter for FQDN is set correctly?

We are also getting similar error in SAP Netweaver Portal while trying to access to Personal Profile page. Can you please help with the solution?

can you let us know what will happen when in SICF

sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hress_a_persinfo right click on test service.

are u able to see the page.

in SMICM is ur http service is configured.

Thanks for the reply, in SICF the service is active and when it is tested personal profile blank page is opening.

Have you got solution for your ESS Personal Info error? We are getting same error and I have tested servcies through SICF and getting blank page when I do test run.

I would appreciate if you can share your solution for the same?
