Scheduling and Utility

Dear Friends,

I am working in Oil & Gas industry in Singapore. Our Company wants to implement standard SD module since there was implemented other modules.

Our company need mainly Scheduling and Utility for improve Customer Services.

My question, 

(1) If we implement standard SD module, can we resolve and get solutions of Scheduling and Utility issues?

(2) Scheduling and Utility, both is it specialiation modules?

(3) if we introduce this Scheduling and Utility with standard SAP SD module, is it need customization?

Hi Arul,

• In First query, definitely u will get ant query to answer but i dont know what is the utility.before i never seen this
• Scheduling Agreement is not a specific module that is one of the topic/scenario in sd sap.my company running based on total scheduling agreements
• This is cycle ,we are using VA31,VL10,Vl01N,VT01 and Vf01in this below POP1 and also POF1 fpr packing instructions we are used.
• If u introduse scheduling Agreement,definitely we want go for customization i am not sure in this case Why because you used standard only also enough.
