Hello All,
in my CRM System we found most of the inbound queues status showing Running ... i dont have any idea about this Queus ,
please give me details
how can i get why inbound queues are struck how can we reprocess this queues...
i checked in smqr and smqs both schudulers are inactive ...and in sm58 i didnot found any erros ...please help me out how can we find root cause for this

Hi Swati,
Please reactivate the queue and process/delete the stuck entries from SMQ1/SMQ2.
Also check for stuck idocs in BD87.
