DB Connection Error While ECC Installation - ABAP Import Phase

Hi,

We are installing ECC 6.0 EHP4 on Windows Server 2008 and MSSQL 2008.

WE have successfully installed the DB and started the installation of

SAP, but we have to error at the ABAP Import phase. I have also

attached the sapinst, dev sapinst log files and user permissions along

with the message

Error logs are:

- try to check your ECC Dump Mount directories ( if they are accessible )

- try to disable UAC

- Try to start Database manually (Check the DB services , if needed start them ) and then retry the installation.
