Query awaiting approval shows approved items

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.01 stack 5 classic scenario

When users choose query Awaiting Approval SAPSRM_OP_PURCHASING_01_03 the query shows also approved items and public templates

Any suggestions ?

Hello I think I found it I set the status to Awaiting Approvalthe query parameters  in POWL_QUERY

HI AS,

That is correct. By default Awaiting Approval POWL shows everything but through POWL_QUERY you have to set up.

Thanks Ritesh for your reply one would think however that those queries would be  set already but otherwise we don't have anything to do;-)

Ritesh maybe you can help me with the following which I don't understand yet. Why must queries be deleted after they are adjusted per user.with programm POWL_D01 ?The part I don't understand is why it's done per user ?

Hi Antoinette,

The reason to execute POWL_D01 is because whenever user uses POWL it stores as their favorite. Thus anytime when you are making changes such as Making Awaiting approval Grey out then you need to refresh those queries. Similar to Clearing your Browser cache and cookies to remove the set password etc.
