SOLMAN 7.1 SP4 EWA Email nitification

Hello All,

I want to configure email notification for Sol man EWA reports in SOL MAN 7.1 SP4. I read some blogs and saw some menu paths to follow. Ex: solman_workcenter->System monitoring->Configure Automatic Mail-><solution>->retate email recipient...

When I go to solman_workcenter, I cannot see "System monitoring". But instead "Technical Monitoring". In "Technical Monitoring" I can see System Monitoring..but no such thing called Automatic Mail...

Can anyone help me how exactly to configure email noticfication for EWA ?

HI Roshan,

Please follow the below steps to activate for the EWA email notification

login to SOLMAN

Run SE38 and program Name:RDSMOP_REPORTS_BY_EMAIL

presss execute

select Soluiton using dropdown button

press execute again

click "Create E-mail Receipient"

session Name:SAP EarlyWatch Alert

Report Type:EarlyWatch Alert Report (Standard)

E-mail address:

Make sure that you need to activate SCOT and SCOT periodic jobs.

Hallo,

access to work centers is assigned via roles.

Your user might not have role SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_SYSMON assigned.

It describes two options to get to the configuration, one through "System Monitoring", the other through "Solution manager Administration".
