Hi
I have Two type of Leave Casual Leave and Privlege Leave
When i give time 09:00 to 13:00 it gives
0.50 days which is /working Fine . but same thing not Working in Privlege Leave
In Table T556C setting is same as Casual Leave but still Privlege not taking as 0.50 in Quota Used ..
Weekday : All Checked
Day type :All Checked
Counting Class for Perios Work Schd:All Checked
Daily Worked Schd Class :All Checked
Condition for Plan Hours :All Checked
Condition for Attendance /Absence :
Counting Hours :Given
Deduction Rule : Given
Plz Suggest

Kindly check Rounding of table V_T556A for both the Casual leave quota and Privilage leave quota.
Let us know what rounding is used for both quota type please.

Enter the date period in the initial screen of PA30 and then try recording hald day for privilage leave.

Can you check the below time entry screens for both the leaves
Time Management- Time Data Recording and Administration-Absences -Absence catalog - Determine Entry Screens and Time Constraint Classes
Also the rounding rule assigned to the counting rule is same from the the table T556C
