Automatic QM Notification create

Hi Experts,

How system will automatic create QM notification when we save the Result Recording for MIC which is not within specification.

e.g Suppose I have MIC as PHVALUE - Lower Specification limit  is 4 & Upper Specification limit is 8. If I record result as 9 & SAVE the result with valuation REJECT.

In this case QM Notification should be created in background. How to achieve this.

Its on defect type which you maintain in defect based on which you can create notification automatically.

As per std SAP for result recording,its not possible to trigger notificaion.you can have addition not for rejection but not notification.
