By-Directional Multi Activity Workflow

Hi All,

I have been trying to create a by-directional multi activity workflow in which if an approver rejects an approval request the request goes to the previous level approver who had already approved it instead of going to End of Approval Activity.

Please share any information related with this type of requirement.

Hello Vikram,

Bi-directional workflows are not supported in SAP Sourcing.

Using customization(scripting and configuration) you can add the same user as an approver again but that can happen in only the next step. In any case the flow will have to be sequential only.
