Hello!

We are currently setting up VAR Incident Management with Solution Manager 7.1 SP5.

One of the requirements is the automatic Support Team Determination based on Multilevel Categorization.

How can this feature be realized?

Hi Alex,

You may use the BRFPLUS tool.

Look for the following manual:

I have read this guide. This guide describes the activation of decision table for SAP_COMPONENT (e.g. BC, CRM, BW, etc.).

How can I choose also my Multilevel Categorization schema?

Hi,

The procedure is the same as described in the manual, only that when you create the decision table, instead of choosing "sap_component" choose "category", "equal to" and the relevant category ID (that you may take from the categorization scheme you have created, i.e. CA_111).
