Abhishek, I hope you have a valid license of Seeburger BIC. The installation comes with the configuration guides and you can use it. Apart from that, you should search on SCN and you will be able to find many blogs and articles about it.
Seeburger docs are copyrighted documents and should not be circulated without licence, as said by Prateek , you will get it bundeled with installation if you have lincence... (it includes a good BIC mapping document...)
Why shouldn't they be circulated without a license? From my experience, trying to keep things secret is never a good idea if you want to sell software.
