Which SAP SCM APO SNP Tables contain Purchase Requisitions? -

Plus, do these Tables contain the User IDs which created and/or changed Purchase Requisitions in SNP manually?

Hello

There are database tables in APO, SNP transactional data sroted in LIVE CACHE. Order details gets extracted from live cache as on you run any transactions in APO.

I think, you can not find the change history of transactional data like PRs / POs in in APO if somebody changes in APO-SNP. The same (changes) will get reflect in SAP R3 with RFC user ID. You can not find the user who has performed the changes.

Hope this clarifies.

I was suspecting this.

Missing traceability is definitely a weak point in SAP SCM APO.

Thank you for the confirmation.

Hello,

As mentionned by Venkat there is no standard solution to find back these changes.

There is an existing solution available as an Add On that allows you to track changes done for any Key figures in APO DP and SNP.

You can take a look at the product description:

Hope this helps.

Hi,

You can get the desired details for purchase requisitions from function module "BAPI_POSRVAPS_GETLIST3". In SNP all the transactional data stored in Live cache not in table. Please let me know if you have any issue to execute it.
